He spent most of his time fostering the growth of weaker sections of society by conducting many social awareness programs. He strongly believes that “Service to Human is Obedient to God”.

- Left YSRCP because he could not tolerate its support to the BJP and the YCP government’s policies.
- Joined the **INC (Indian National Congress)** under the leadership of YS Sharmila Reddy. He asserts he will be with the Indian National Congress party forever, citing its secular nature and his liking for the leadership of Rahul Ji and YS Sharmila Ji.
Role Before the General Elections
He moved forward in his campaigning purely on self-effort, unlike others who relied on senior leaders.

- Mobilized 500 people with SEVEN BUSES and vehicles within 12 hours in Pulivendula, funding the program with lakhs from his own money.

Role After the 2024 Elections
He has been fulfilling the responsibilities of a City President since day one after the elections (18 months), spending time and money while facing resistance from the current government.
- Organized protests against the TDP government’s failure to implement the free bus scheme for women, using his own funds.
- Organized demonstrations against high electricity charges.
- Conducted food donation programs and distributed blankets/essentials to the poor using his own funds.
- Successfully went on a 36-hour hunger strike against the AMENDMENT OF WOQF BOARD BILL by the BJP government, bringing recognition to the Congress party.
- Started the “Intintiki Congress” (Congress to Every Home) campaign to visit every house, listen to problems, and resolve them with the help of government officials.
- Collected around 20,000 signatures against the Vote Chorr – Gaddi Chodd program.
Aspirations
Syed Ghouse Peer is an aspirant for the **City President of Kadapa**. He has a clear plan to win at least 12–15 corporator seats out of 50 in the upcoming local elections. As an educationist and a Muslim leader in a Muslim-populated city, he believes he positively influences city residents. He is confident that under the leadership of Rahul Ji and Sharmila Ji, Congress will rise again in Andhra Pradesh.
